Studio Delta Returns Policy

Should a client receive a standard item they are dissatisfied with, Studio Delta has a 100% return policy and will either replace or fully reimburse clients for faulty goods.

We ask that you take the time to read through the product descriptions carefully, take note of how the units are assembled and double-check the dimensions before making a purchase.

Unfortunately, Studio Delta does not have a refund policy for custom-made orders. We will, however, work tirelessly to resolve the issues until you are satisfied.

Please note that this policy is limited to the client providing details of the dissatisfaction in writing within seven (7) days of receiving the unit.
