All products sold by Studio Delta undergo strict quality control policies with the aim of the units lasting for years. However, we do sometimes mark, and small issues may slip through the cracks.

Should you receive a unit you feel is defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the unit by emailing with the following information:

  2. Item name
  3. Details of the issues
  4. Picture of the product
