On-site Collection Policy

Collection Disclaimer

Collections are strictly from Studio Delta’s production facility in Silverton, Pretoria, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00 (excluding public holidays), and by prior arrangement.

Once notified that an order is ready for collection, customers are required to collect their order within five (5) working days. Failure to do so may result in reasonable storage fees being charged.

Customers are responsible for arranging suitable transportation and ensuring their order is adequately secured during transit. Risk in the goods passes to the customer or their appointed representative upon collection and departure from the Studio Delta premises.

Studio Delta reserves the right to request proof of authorisation for third-party collections and to amend this policy from time to time without prior notice.

Collection Policy

Collections are strictly from our production facility at:

Collections are available Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00, excluding public holidays. Customers are required to make the necessary arrangements to collect their order within these hours.

Once Studio Delta has communicated in writing that an order is complete and ready for collection, the customer will have five (5) working days to collect the item(s).

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the collection vehicle is suitable for the size and weight of the order and that the item(s) are adequately secured and protected during transportation. From the time the order is collected and leaves the Studio Delta premises, all risk in the goods passes to the customer or their appointed representative.

Should the order not be collected within five (5) working days of the completion notification, Studio Delta reserves the right to charge reasonable storage fees for each additional day the order remains at our facility.

While every effort will be made to store completed orders safely, Studio Delta cannot be held liable for any deterioration, damage, or defects that may arise as a result of prolonged storage. Our manufacturing facility is an active industrial environment, and extended storage may expose products to conditions beyond our control.

Customers collecting on behalf of another person or business may be required to provide proof of authorisation before the order is released.

Studio Delta reserves the right to amend this Collection Policy from time to time without prior notice.
