All lead times are clearly stated on our website. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the published lead times.

Studio Delta makes use of third-party payment partners, including PayFlex, PayFast, and Mobicred. These service providers charge a percentage-based transaction fee on all payments received.

Studio Delta cannot be held liable for these charges.

If a refund is requested before production has begun, Studio Delta will process the refund minus the applicable third-party transaction fee.

Studio Delta offers a 100% return policy on standard items.
If you are dissatisfied, we will replace the item or fully reimburse you for any goods found to be faulty.

Refunds are not available for custom-made orders. However, we will work closely with you to address any concerns and ensure that you are satisfied with the final product.

Should a client request a refund based on lead times, Studio Delta reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative and transactional fees. These deductions will cover bank transfer costs as well as charges levied by third-party payment service providers used to process the original transaction and refund.

To qualify for any return or review of dissatisfaction, customers must provide written notice within seven (7) days of receiving their order.

We strongly encourage all clients to carefully review product descriptions, assembly details, and dimensions prior to purchase to ensure suitability for their needs.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of confirmation. Please note that while Studio Delta will process the refund within this timeframe, the final reflection of funds may be subject to the client’s bank or third-party payment service provider processing times.
