Delivery Delays and Lead Times

All Studio Delta items are locally sourced and handcrafted in our facility in Pretoria. Whilst we do our utmost to ensure you get your items as swiftly as possible and within our lead times, we are dependent on the work of some of our smaller suppliers.

Unforeseen circumstances such as incremental weather, power interruptions, transportation difficulties, labour difficulties and other factors cause delays in the production, shipment and delivery of items. We ask that you bear with us while we ensure you receive a handcrafted unit of the best quality.

Please note that if products that have varying delivery dates are ordered, then the item with the latest delivery date will be used to determine the provisional delivery date of all the items.
